Know what's actually in your skincare.
Scan any product for a 0–100 healthiness score you can trace back to the source, then get a morning and evening ritual built from the bottles already on your shelf.
See it on someone else's shelf first.
Three steps, then it runs itself.
Scan your shelf
Barcode or a photo of the label. GlowOS identifies the product, reads its full INCI list, and logs when you opened it and when it expires.
Get a ritual, not a template
Your own products, ordered correctly for morning and night — cleanser, toner, essence, serum, eye cream, moisturiser, SPF. Add something new and it rebuilds around it.
Show up daily
Check off each step, build a streak, and watch your GlowOS character evolve as your consistency grows.
It reads labels, not faces.
Two things set GlowOS apart from every skin-scanning app, and both start with products you already paid for.
A score you're allowed to argue with
Every ingredient is checked against regulatory and scientific sources, and the number is the average of two axes you can inspect separately. Tap it in the app and GlowOS shows you exactly what moved it.
composite = (safety + benefit) ÷ 2, rounded to the nearest 5 — once, at the end. The two bars above are already rounded for display, so the real working here is (66.89 + 80.0) ÷ 2 = 73.4 → 75, not (65 + 80) ÷ 2. Each axis has its own published formula, and a banned ingredient caps the composite at 20 however good the rest of the formula is.

A ritual built from your own bottles
No five-step plan that assumes you own things you don't. Cleanser before serum, serum before moisturiser, SPF last — with your products in the slots.
An example routine, to show the shape. Yours is generated from the products actually on your shelf and your skin profile.
Every ingredient, in plain language.
GlowOS keeps a sourced entry for every ingredient it has ever scored — what it does, what the regulators actually say about it, and a link to where that came from. Part of it is open to everyone, no app required.
Yes. Scanning, scoring and your morning and evening ritual are free, with a shelf of up to 15 products and 5 advisor messages a day. Glow Gold is an optional subscription that removes the shelf limit, raises the advisor to 50 messages a day, and unlocks the higher character levels.
No. GlowOS scores products, not skin. You point the camera at packaging rather than at yourself, and your scores and ritual come from the items on your shelf plus the skin profile you fill in.
Every ingredient is checked against regulatory and scientific sources — the EU's CosIng annexes, FDA regulations, IFRA standards and PubChem hazard data. The formula is published inside the app, and every concern links out to the source it came from.
No. GlowOS is descriptive: it tells you what is known about an ingredient and leaves the decision with you. Patch-test new products and see a dermatologist for any actual skin concern.
