To help us fix things faster, include:
- What you were doing and what you expected to happen
- What happened instead (a screenshot helps)
- Your device model and iOS version
Feedback on a healthiness score
If you spot an error in a product's score or ingredient data, or have feedback on how a score was produced, we want to hear it — email feedback@glowos.app. The methodology behind every score is documented on the methodology page inside the app.
Privacy requests
For access, deletion, or any other data-protection request, email privacy@glowos.app. We respond within 30 days of a verified request. Full details are in the Privacy Policy, including how to delete your account and data from inside the app.
